Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Mumbai. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and contributing to the development and implementation of strategies for business growth. Daily tasks include client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Qualifications Business development and client relationship management skills Experience in conducting market research and developing business strategies , Lead generation. , closing end to end deals . Experience into staffing services or product selling (SAAS based ) will be added advantage . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proactive approach with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in technology consulting or IT services Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the global market and multicultural environments is a plus Show more Show less
