Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and engage architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote company offerings.
Build strong, long-term relationships with industry professionals and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic planning.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and follow-up documentation.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
Ensure timely communication and coordination between clients and the operations/technical teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably dealing with architects, designers, or project-based sales).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
Ability to understand technical product details related to architecture, interiors, or related fields (training will be provided if needed).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
