As we continue to expand, were looking for driven professionals to strengthen our sales force. Location - Meerut, Aligarh, Muzaffarnagar, Etawah, Agra, Mathura Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets based on value, product volume and channels (Dealers, Sub-dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, Corporate accounts). Identify and appoint new channel partners and ensure achievement of targeted acquisition of new accounts and retention of new accounts through branding and awareness. Drive Primary & Secondary Sales. Control credit by timely collection. Minimize revenue leakages through bad debts. Address disputes on time to minimize payment defaults. Minimize bad debt and credit to sales ratio. Participating and conducting Influencer meets like carpenters, contractors, Architect / Interior development planning and responsible for execution. MIS - Competition tracking, product and services feedback own vs competition, customer feedback, Daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in any discipline 3-8 years of sales experience in the plywood, laminates, or building materials sector Strong network of channel partners in the assigned region Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Willingness to travel extensively within the territory What We Offer: Fuel and travel reimbursements Opportunity to grow with a leading brand Supportive team and strong backend operations
