📈 CTC: Industry standard (but we’re open to good vibes and better pitches)

Hey there, sales superstar 👋

If you can slide into DMs like a pro, pitch like your life depends on it, and are ready to hustle harder than your Wi-Fi on a Zoom call, Patronus wants you.

We’re a digital marketing agency that works with brands in sports, hospitality, and FMCG, and we’re looking for someone to help us grow that client list like it’s your own startup.

💼 What You’ll Do (aka your bread and butter):

●     Scouting for fresh leads (you’ll be part salesperson, part detective)

●     Reaching out to potential clients via cold calls, DMs, emails, LinkedIn — whatever works!

●     Setting up meetings and charming them with your pitch game

●     Working with the creative team to customise presentations that make us look extra awesome

●     Basically: Be the reason someone hears about Patronus and decides, “Damn, we need these folks.”

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

●     ~3 years of experience in sales — if you’ve done BD in a digital marketing agency before, we already like you

●     Social media savvy — you should know your Reels from your ROI

●     Fluent in English (bonus if you're fluent in memes too)

●     A go-getter attitude — you know how to chase leads, not just dreams

●     Comfortable working from our office and vibing with a young, fun, growth-driven team
