Business Development Executive

You are an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive aiming to expand the company's presence in the premium building materials and design sector. Your primary goal is to cultivate relationships with A & A+ architects, interior designers, and high-end builders by effectively communicating the value of premium products and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include developing and nurturing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders, identifying and converting new business opportunities, conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends, presenting premium product ranges, contributing to sales strategy development, ensuring exceptional client management, and providing regular sales reports to management. To excel in this role, you should have proven business development or sales experience within high-end building materials, interiors, or architectural sectors, established connections with architects and builders, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of architectural and interior design processes, self-motivation, proactiveness, and a go-getter attitude, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a smart and confident personality with strong influencing abilities.
