About the Role:

Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound

    cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator), and live chats

    to connect with US prospects.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support lead conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline status in CRM tools.


Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in US B2B prospecting and lead generation.

  • Proven experience with

    Sales Navigator, cold calling, email outreach, and live chat engagement.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently in a

    remote night-shift environment.

  • Target-driven and resilient in handling objections.
