Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Understand customer needs and present relevant solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for lead generation and client servicing.
Maintain records of sales activities in CRM/software.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales/business development (fresher with strong communication may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Strong problem-solving and client management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
