Responsibilities

•  Engage with potential customers (students, parents, professionals) via phone, WhatsApp, email, or video calls.
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing or referrals and convert them into positive customers.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for revenue and conversions.
• Maintain CRM records with updated customer interaction data and pipeline status.
• Represent the brand in a professional and customer-friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree and Experience 1+ years in sales industry
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing and Confirmed sales success (EdTech experience is plus) preferred
• Strong communication and Convincing skills
• CRM experience is preferred
