Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements, gather and analyze business needs, and align them with suitable IT solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and solution-oriented presentations.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes (when required) to effectively communicate proposed IT solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must have 01 to 02 years of proven experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analysis software.
  • Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
