Job Description

Job Summary The BDO will lead the sales team to drive revenue growth for MTS’s financial products in Sambhaji Nagar, Jalna, Waluj and nearby industrial rejions, developing strategies to achieve targets. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for business loans, home loans, and corporate funding to MSMEs/Startup funding & Industry requirements. Lead and mentor Sales Officers to meet sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities. Monitor performance and report insights into management. Conduct team training on products and sales techniques. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred). 2-4+ years of sales experience in financial services. Proven track record in meeting sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Familiarity with Sambhaji Nagar (AURIC), Jalna, Waluj, Shendra, Bidkin (BIA) markets is a plus.   Benefits Competitive salary with incentives up to INR 3,00,000.
