Role Overview:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including collaborations with hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare organizations.
• Drive student enrollments for Medshaala’s online diploma and fellowship programs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customer segments.
• Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential partners and clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align growth strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Represent Medshaala at industry events, seminars, and conferences.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in the education/healthcare sector preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
