Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships with medical institutions, and driving student enrollments into Medshaala’s programs. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, networking, and execution to meet business targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including collaborations with hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare organizations. Drive student enrollments for Medshaala’s online diploma and fellowship programs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customer segments. Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential partners and clients. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align growth strategies. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets. Represent Medshaala at industry events, seminars, and conferences. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in the education/healthcare sector preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Target-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving sales goals.
