Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive who will be responsible for expanding our brand presence among colleges and corporate partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a drive to build strong industry connections.

Key Responsibilities:College Outreach & Branding

• Visit colleges, universities, and institutions to promote Marygro Learning’s programs.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions to increase student engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with placement officers, HODs, and faculty members.
• Identify partnership opportunities for campus training programs and placements.

Corporate Relationship Management

• Identify and connect with companies for hiring partnerships and corporate tie-ups.
• Understand corporate skill requirements and align training programs accordingly.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with HRs and hiring managers to create job opportunities for trained candidates.
• Represent Marygro Learning at industry events, job fairs, and networking meets.

Business Growth

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to college tie-ups and corporate partnerships.
• Gather market insights and competitor information to support strategic planning.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 0–3 years Exp
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for college and corporate visits.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Prior experience in education sales, campus relations, or business development will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
