Job Description

Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling,

email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries).

❖ Research and gather information on prospects to better understand their needs and

identify sales opportunities.

❖ Initiate contact with potential customers, engage them in conversations to

understand their requirements, and present product or service offerings.

❖ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

❖ Conduct virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential

clients.

❖ Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a

smooth and efficient process.

❖ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contract terms with

clients.

❖ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer

interactions.

❖Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue

goals of the company.

❖ Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales metrics, pipeline status,

and forecasts.

❖ Collaborate with the customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and address

any issues that may arise.

❖ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

to identify new business opportunities.

❖ Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and

potential product enhancements.

❖ Prepare and submit accurate reports to the reporting manager on regular interval

as well as when demanded.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
