Role Overview:

We’re looking for a smart, culturally attuned, and charismatic Business Development Executive to drive our growth in Delhi and NCR. This is a consultative, high-ownership sales role that requires understanding brand needs, presenting Lokpriy’s solutions compellingly, and converting conversations into long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting- Identify and reach out to brand decision-makers (founders, CMOs, CXOs) across sectors like D2C, fashion, FMCG, education, and tech.
  • Consultative Selling- Understand client brand challenges and aspirations; pitch Lokpriy’s offerings (branding, campaigns, strategy, AI insights) as solutions.
  • Proposal & Pitching- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to craft proposals, build pitch decks, and lead sales presentations.
  • Closure & Contracting- Own the negotiation, scoping, and onboarding processes. Close deals with clarity, warmth, and client-first thinking.
  • Client Success & Upselling- Stay in touch with clients post-sale, understand evolving needs, and upsell relevant services.
  • Market Intelligence- Stay updated with cultural, branding, and industry trends. Be the eyes and ears of Lokpriy on the ground in Delhi.



Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in B2B sales or agency business development (branding, marketing, digital, or creative agencies preferred)
  • Location: Based in Delhi-NCR, familiar with the startup and business ecosystem
  • Background: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Communication, or Liberal Arts
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English + Hindi; storytelling and empathy in conversations
  • Traits: Emotionally intelligent, ambitious, proactive, and culturally aware
  • Nice to Have: Prior work with founders or creative stakeholders; love for brands, pop culture, and impact-driven marketing
