Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will have 11-25 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in business development and a proven track record of success.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer loyalty and retention.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry, with a minimum of 11 years of experience.
Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and market trends.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
