Job Description

About the Role:

Business Development Executive


You’ll work closely with senior professionals, partners, and the strategy team to help identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and enhance the firm’s market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging sectors, potential clients, and legal service opportunities
  • Assist in the development of business development strategies aligned with legal practice areas (e.g., Corporate Law, Venture Capital, Private Equity, etc.)
  • Coordinate with partners and associates to prepare client-specific proposals, capability decks, and pitch materials
  • Support client onboarding, client relationship management, and feedback processes
  • Monitor legal industry trends, competitor activities, and client news to identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Help manage the firm's digital presence (LinkedIn, website updates, legal directories, etc.)
  • Assist with event planning for webinars, legal conclaves, and client engagement initiatives
  • Maintain internal records of BD activities, lead pipelines, and outreach reports


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, client services, or relevant internships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Interest in the legal and professional services industry
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in taking initiative
  • Strong research skills and ability to work under tight timelines
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
