Legal Assessment Intern

Role Description This is a hybrid full-time role and the A ssessment Intern shall be responsible for the following tasks: Conducting thorough Legal Research Providing assistance in drafting legal agreements and documents Communication and coordination with clients and fellow colleagues Providing overall legal assistance to the team Required Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to conduct thorough legal research Interest in and/or experience in start-ups and investments Strong attention to detail and organisation skills Ability to work independently and remotely Proficient in using Microsoft Office Understanding of business laws (Companies Act, Contract Laws, etc.) Pursuing law (preferably last semester students) or recent law graduates Interested candidates can also email their resume to connect@vantagelawadvisors.com with a brief cover email introducing themselves and what excites them about the corporate field.
