Role & responsibilities Identified and acquired new clients for IT staffing and software development services across various domains and geographies. Built and maintained strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Hiring Managers, Procurement Heads) to understand staffing needs and offer tailored solutions. Responded to RFPs/RFIs, negotiated contracts, and closed business deals to meet revenue targets. Collaborated with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates as per client requirements. Conducted market research and competitor analysis to develop effective go-to-market strategies. Represented the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums to increase brand visibility and business opportunities. Maintained CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, pipeline status, and client interactions. Preferred candidate profile 2 to 8 years of proven experience in client acquisition and business development within the IT Staffing or Software Services industry. Strong understanding of IT technologies, staffing models (contract, C2H, permanent), and recruitment lifecycle. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently to achieve business goals. Experience in working with domestic or international clients (especially US/UK markets) is a plus
