About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to join our Sales and Customer Engagement team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with customers, understand market dynamics, and support business growth initiatives. Youll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and supporting sales functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters/Bachelors degree
• Engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Support onboarding and post-sales engagement to enhance the customer experience.
• Help maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to resolve customer queries.
• Track and report customer feedback to improve services and product offerings.
• Participate in campaign planning and execution for customer engagement.
• Conduct market and competitor research as needed. Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about customer interaction and relationship-building.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
