The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a proven track record of generating leads, and the ability to close deals with mid to large-scale clients. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company s growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports. Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Required skills: Proven experience in B2B lead generation and business development in IT industry B2B marketplaces and directories Excellent verbal and written communication skills Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with international clients. Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Microsoft Technologies, Front-End Technologies, Cloud Solutions, AI, IoT. MBA in Marketing or related specialization.
