Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term, strategic, and trusting relationships with high-volume customers to achieve consistent organic growth.
  • Communicate company products and services through calling and email, while understanding customer needs to generate new business opportunities.
  • Regularly update and maintain the CRM system with daily sales activities and lead information.
  • Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, self-driven approach by identifying opportunities for process or performance improvement.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and timely reporting and communication with the team and management.
  • Stay updated and knowledgeable about all company products, services, and solutions to support effective sales conversations.
  • Maintain high productivity by completing daily input metrics and taking responsibility for revenue generation.
  • Conduct research to understand customer requirements and propose the best possible solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and the company’s latest offerings.
  • Analyze key customer needs and tailor proposals accordingly.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in English (written & verbal).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM software will be an added advantage.
  • Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
  • Fast learner with a strong passion for sales and customer engagement.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to deliver compelling and well-structured presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,541.78 - ₹25,978.25 per month
