The role demands strong communication skills, tech-awareness, and the ability to achieve monthly targets. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Lead Generation & Cold Calling Conduct cold calling to prospective students from provided databases. Make 70+ connected calls daily (as per centre standards). Generate leads through tele-calling, WhatsApp outreach, referrals, and follow-ups. Fix appointments and convert telephonic enquiries into walk-ins/registrations. B. Student Counselling – Technical Courses Counsel students on various technical training programs such as: Full Stack Development Java, Python, .NET Data Analytics UI/UX Digital Marketing Graphic Designing C, C++, SQL, Web Development , etc. Explain course curriculum, fees, duration, placement assistance, and career outcomes. Assist students in selecting the right technical course based on their goals. C. Admission Process Management Manage complete admission cycle – enquiry → counselling → follow-up → registration. Maintain records in CRM/Excel sheets. Ensure documentation, fee collection, ID generation, and batch allocation. Coordinate with trainers regarding batch schedules and student progress. D.
