About the Role:

This role is focused on accelerating business growth by driving sales within the

staff augmentation model

, particularly in the

IT staffing

space. You will be responsible for

end-to-end sales activities

, from generating leads to closing deals, while also maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


Plan and achieve the Sales target assigned for the year.
Build a pipeline by prospecting clients to generate leads for staff augmentation/ contract staffing needs.
Build business by identifying and selling to prospects, maintaining relationships with clients for cross-selling.
Work closely with staffing vendors/ recruitment agencies to source profiles and place them with clients/ customers.
Generate, track and maintain reports (weekly/ monthly) to have internal business discussions on superiors on business plans, implementation and growth.
Have good industry contacts working in the city/ market.

Requirements (Must-Have):


Proven 2-3 years experience in

technical sales

, specifically in

staff augmentation

or

contract staffing.

Experience working with

staffing vendors/recruitment agencies

for talent fulfilment.

Ability to

plan and achieve annual sales targets.

Experience in

prospecting clients

and building a

sales pipeline.

Capable of

identifying and selling to new prospects

, with

client relationship management

for cross-selling
Ability to

generate, track, and maintain sales reports

for internal reviews

Good to Have:


Graduate in any discipline (bachelor s degree required; technical background preferred).
Proficiency in

MS Office

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with

CRM

or sales tracking tools
Strong

presentation

,

negotiation

, and

communication skills

with

Broader

professional network

across the city/region beyond immediate industry circle.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a

target-driven environment.
