Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities. Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and sales agreements. Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in IT sales or business development. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of IT products and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel as required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
