Key Responsibilities

Generate Leads & Prospecting-
Cold Calling / Email Marketing,LinkedIn Outreach, CRM / Database Management.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services, staffing, and consulting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers.
They should be responsible for maintaining their own database.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to provide optimal solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Manage end-to-end IT sourcing and screening of candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an IT BDE.
Strong understanding of IT staffing, software development, and consulting services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Experience and in-depth understanding of core IT technologies.
