Key responsibilities

· Identify and explore new business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

· Manage complete client communication—initial outreach, requirement discussion, coordination, and closure.

· Understand client requirements clearly and work with internal tech & recruitment teams for smooth delivery.

· Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure consistent engagement.

· Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations as per client needs.

Candidate Requirements

· 0–3 years of experience in Business Development (IT staffing/tech recruitment preferred).

· Strong communication skills — both verbal and written. (Very Important)

· Candidates with a technology background (BCA, BBA-IT, B.Tech, MCA, etc.) are highly preferred.

· AI knowledge is mandatory — basic understanding of AI tools, AI-based platforms, or AI-driven workflows.

· Experience in bidding and lead generation through platforms like Upwork & Freelancer is an added advantage.

· Strong client-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
