Role Overview

We're seeking a Business Development Executive with experience in B2B SaaS or international sales to join our fast-growing global sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth for IsmartRecruit across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive outbound and inbound lead generation for international markets (North America, EMEA, APAC).
• Conduct client discovery calls, product demos, and presentations.
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
• Identify new market opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and revenue.
  

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS / IT Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a global mindset.
• Prior experience interacting with international clients is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and sales automation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
