Business Development Executive - International Sales (Only)

About the Role:

This is a key role responsible for expanding Vipul Organics presence in international markets for pigments and pigment dispersions. The ideal candidate must be strong in export operations, international client handling, and driving market penetration across multiple regions. The role demands ownership, strategic execution, and the ability to build long-term global customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

International Business Development

• Develop and expand international sales for pigments and pigment dispersions across targeted regions (Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, LATAM, etc.).

• Identify high-potential distributors, agents, and direct customers to drive new market entry.

• Generate quality leads globally and convert them into sustainable long-term accounts.

• Conduct virtual meetings, plant presentations, and international customer visits (as required).

Client & Distributor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and channel partners.

• Handle inquiries, provide technical support coordination, and manage negotiations.

• Ensure timely communication regarding orders, dispatch schedules, technical documentation, and samples.

Order Management & Coordination

• Manage the complete export order cycle from PI to dispatch to documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Production, QC, R&D, Logistics, CHA, and Documentation) to ensure smooth execution.

• Maintain accurate records for export documents (COO, BL, Invoice, Packing List, LC coordination).

Market Expansion & Strategy

• Conduct market research on competitor pricing, product positioning, and region-specific trends.

• Identify new geographic markets, understand regulatory norms, and support strategy for market entry.

• Strengthen the international distributor network and explore exclusive partnership opportunities.

Samples & Technical Support

• Coordinate global sample shipment with factory teams.

• Track customer testing progress, obtain reports, and close the loop with R&D/technical teams.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and region-based performance updates.

• Present analysis of export performance, profitability, and customer potential.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in International Sales / Export Marketing (Pigments, Dyes, Intermediates, Chemicals preferred).

• Chemical Engineering preferred for stronger technical understanding.

• Graduate / MBA in International Business / B Com / BBA / Diploma in Foreign Trade also suitable.

• Strong understanding of export processes, INCOTERMS, documentation, LC, CHA coordination, freight negotiations.

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional foreign language is a plus).

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural business skills.

• Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.

• Ability to travel internationally when required.
