Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and international marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in identifying, engaging, and converting potential IT clients, preferably in the EMEA or APAC Region.

  • Lead Generation

    : Identify and generate potential business leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and market research.
  • B2B Sales & Prospecting

    : Engage with decision-makers, build relationships, and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • International Marketing

    : Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for global markets, focusing on brand positioning and outreach.
  • Client Engagement

    : Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and handle initial negotiations.
  • Market Analysis

    : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in international markets.
  • CRM & Reporting

    : Maintain an updated lead database, track pipeline progress, and provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and enhance business growth.
