Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the advertising agency and digital marketing sector.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our services and offerings, effectively communicating their value to clients.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business expansion opportunities.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and attending industry events.

Proposal Creation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

1+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably in a B2B environment.

Prior experience in an advertising agency or digital marketing is mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
