Business Development Executive in Hyderabad

At 10X Rise, we help brands scale with high-performance digital marketing solutions — SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, and more. We're seeking a proactive Business Development Executive/Sales Executive who can bring in quality clients and grow with us.You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients (across industries), pitching our services, managing the sales funnel, and closing deals, both online and offline. You must have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through online platforms, networking, events, referrals, and field visits.
• Pitch digital marketing services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and Social Media.
• Understand client requirements and align them with our offerings.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual).
• Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service decks.
• Follow up consistently and close deals with strong negotiation.
• Maintain a CRM or pipeline of prospects and status updates.
• Work closely with the strategy team for a smooth onboarding.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in business development or sales in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMM, and Websites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidence in client-facing roles.
• Well-groomed, with a professional appearance.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and travel locally for meetings (if required).
• Basic knowledge of proposal and quotation formats.
• Graduation in any stream (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
