Job Description

We have an opening for a business development executive (B2B) for:

B2B (FMCG: Maternity homes, hospitals & pathology labs)
B2B (Sanitary pad vending machines)
B2B (Export & merchant export)
B2B (GeM tendering & negotiations)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new clients across hospitals, institutions, corporates, exporters, and government platforms.
Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, digital outreach, and participation in industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Present products, prepare proposals, and negotiate business deals to closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and service teams for smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Manage export documentation, government tenders, and GeM listings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales data, CRM entries, and regular performance reports.
