Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through research, portals, cold calling, soft mailing, and follow-ups.
  • Engage with CEOs, HR Heads, Compliance Officers, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and position compliance/skill development solutions effectively.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and workshops with prospective clients.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage client and candidate data for reporting and portal management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, compliance regulations, and competitor practices.
  • Visit client sites as required for discussions and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
