Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential B2B and B2C clients.
  • Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages to drive conversions.
  • Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet weekly targets.
  • Maintain and update client information in Excel sheets.
  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for order processing and client queries.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for internal tracking.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss growth strategies and performance.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and basic sales documentation.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
