Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential growth areas in the MarTech domain.
  • Track competitor activities and analyze their positioning to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead Identification & Prospecting
  • Identify, qualify, and target potential clients including brands, agencies, and enterprise businesses.
  • Understand client pain points and align WeAddo's offerings with their needs.
  • Client Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare customized pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Sales Execution
  • Implement effective outreach and sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Deliver compelling proposals highlighting our MarTech solutions and value proposition.
  • Support negotiation and closure of deals ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team.
  • Partnership Development (Support Role)
  • Assist in identifying potential technology or agency partners to enhance business reach.
  • Coordinate on co-marketing or joint value propositions as required.
  • Market Expansion Support
  • Explore new industries and segments to broaden the company's client base.
  • Assist in expansion initiatives for new geographies or clusters.
  • Client Feedback & Insights
  • Gather client feedback to support internal improvements in offerings and delivery.
  • Share insights with marketing, product, and leadership teams for decision-making.
  • Reporting & CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM tools.
  • Share weekly reports, pipeline updates, challenges, and recommendations with the BD Lead.
