Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and securing new clients, generating and qualifying leads, handling client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves strategizing for business growth, building relationships with potential customers, and collaborating with the internal team to deliver tailored business solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business Development and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills for client engagement
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in IT solutions, ERP, or process automation is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
