Heseos Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Smart Home Automation brand revolutionising how India lives with intelligent lighting, smart switches, digital door locks, and connected living solutions. We are scaling across India with strong B2B and B2C verticals, catering to architects, builders, interior designers, and end-homeowners.

We're looking for a driven, accountable, and high-performance Business Development Executive who can think like an entrepreneur, lead market penetration in multiple cities, and represent the brand with integrity and authority.

Role Overview

The BDE at Heseos will act as a frontline business driver, responsible for market expansion, dealer development, sales conversion, and relationship building. The individual will be working closely with the Founder and Regional Sales Heads, with full ownership of regional targets and the freedom to strategize growth approaches.

  • Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business

  • Growth Drive B2B and B2C lead generation through networking, referrals, and brand outreach.
  • Pitch Heseos solutions to builders, architects, interior designers, and dealers.
  • Ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved through focused client engagement.
  • Work on both project-based and retail automation solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical briefs in collaboration with the Pre-Sales & Technical Team.
  • Dealer Network Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture dealers and system integrators in assigned regions.
  • Monitor dealer performance, provide periodic sales training, and maintain relationships to increase monthly throughput.
  • Build a strong regional ecosystem for home automation adoption.

2. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis Collect real-time insights about market demand, competitor pricing, and technology trends.

  • Work with the marketing team to align campaigns based on regional buyer behaviour.
  • Maintain an updated market intelligence report for management review.

3. Relationship Management: Maintain active relationships with architects, builders, and developers.

  • Conduct regular site visits, demos, and walkthroughs of automation solutions.
  • Represent Heseos in regional exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

4. Strategic Reporting: Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales MIS reports.

  • Report leads, conversion ratios, project progress, and revenue forecasts to the Sales Director.
  • Collaborate with accounts and operations for order execution and payment follow-ups.

  • Requirements Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum 24 years in B2B/B2C sales in home automation, electricals, lighting, or consumer electronics.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across cities for client and dealer meetings.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
