Role Overview The BDE at Heseos will act as a frontline business driver , responsible for market expansion, dealer development, sales conversion, and relationship building. The individual will be working closely with the Founder and Regional Sales Heads , with full ownership of regional targets and the freedom to strategize growth approaches. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Growth Drive B2B and B2C lead generation through networking, referrals, and brand outreach. Pitch Heseos solutions to builders, architects, interior designers, and dealers . Ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved through focused client engagement. Work on both project-based and retail automation solutions . Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical briefs in collaboration with the Pre-Sales & Technical Team. 2. Dealer Network Development Identify, onboard, and nurture dealers and system integrators in assigned regions. Monitor dealer performance, provide periodic sales training, and maintain relationships to increase monthly throughput. Build a strong regional ecosystem for home automation adoption. 3. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis Collect real-time insights about market demand, competitor pricing, and technology trends.
