About the Role: Groove & Gigs is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead B2B partnerships across Goa. If you're passionate about networking, love travel, and know how to open doors to new opportunities, this role is for you. You will be responsible for forging alliances with resorts, tour operators, local businesses, and concierge services to generate crowd footfall and tourist traffic to affiliated nightlife venues . Key Responsibilities: Identify and close partnerships with resorts, hotels, travel agents, and tour guides to direct footfall to affiliated clubs. Create tie-ups with local and national concierge services, villa rentals, guest houses, and more. Conduct regular field visits across North and South Goa to maintain relationships and seek new business. Pitch event opportunities, special offers, and nightlife experiences to tourism-related businesses. Represent the brand professionally and persuasively in client meetings and local networking events. Report weekly on outreach, meetings, conversions, and partnership performance. Coordinate with the in-house marketing and operations team for promotional support and execution. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or hospitality partnerships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Goa. Knowledge of Goa’s tourism ecosystem is a strong advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and street-smart. Own vehicle is a plus. Perks: Competitive salary + performance incentives.
