We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and outgoing Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to be the face of our club and ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience every night. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the venue. • Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism at all times. • Manage guest lists, assist with table reservations, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless check-ins. • Escort VIPs and high-profile guests to their tables and ensure premium service. • Handle guest queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and effectively. • Build strong relationships with regular patrons and assist in creating a loyal customer base. • Coordinate with security and operations teams to ensure smooth crowd management. • Provide club information, event details, and special promotions to guests. • Maintain updated records of guest preferences and feedback. ⸻ Requirements: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality • Prior experience in hospitality, nightlife, or luxury service (preferred) • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask efficiently • Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts • Strong understanding of customer service principles • Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus Show more Show less
