Job Description for Advocate : - · To give the accurate legal direction to the company on all legal matters that influence the organization. · Drafting of various documents, Agreements, Flat Agreements, Joint Venture, suits, written statements, Affidavits, Applications, Petitions, Notices and Notice Reply etc. within the stipulated timelines. · Required knowledge about online search,7/12, CTS, mutation entries & other revenue record for the preparation of “Title Search Report”. · To facilitate all the online as well as offline and documentation work with respect to RERA -Registration of the project including updating in working system. · Required knowledge TDR, FSI for the preparation of TDR documents such as Transfer Deed of Development rights, Utilization letter etc. · Drafting MOA, MOU, Partnership Deeds, Possession Deeds, Lease Deeds, Assessment Deeds, Supplementary Deeds, Power of Attorney, consent Letters, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Taba Pavati etc. · Preparing Legal master files for project loan, approved project financial (APF) and customers banks. · To co-ordinate with CRM team effectively to facilitate timely documentation, drafting, vetting & registration of various agreements (Sales, Possession, Society Handover etc.) · Facilitating and adjudication for valuation of the property, keeping abreast of stamp act related law provisions and facilitates stamp duty estimation, registration and refund process. · Maintaining all legal files, data and documents as per internal SOP or external audit requirements. Obtain & maintain up to date, all types of business licenses and documents. · To Appear in courts, tribunal forums, to attend police station and other judicial authorities to represent company and also undertake other necessary support services to perform efficiently. · Coordination with legal consultant and outsource advocate. · Review and checking of all type of legal documents. Good communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Strong guest handling capabilities and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in telephone operating, data entry, and office coordination. Must be well-organized and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
