Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in
construction, infrastructure, and real estate projects including Government & Private sectors
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, consultants, architects, government officials, and contractors
.
Prepare and present
company profiles, proposals, and business pitches
to prospective clients.
Generate leads through
market research, networking, and attending industry events/exhibitions
.
Coordinate with the
tendering and estimation team
to prepare and submit bids for projects.
Track and follow up on
Government and Private tenders
to ensure participation.
Negotiate with clients to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
Maintain records of business development activities and prepare
MIS reports
for management.
Achieve assigned
sales/revenue targets
and contribute to the company’s growth.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of
construction industry trends and competitors
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop
client relationships
and convert opportunities into business.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and tendering portals
.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as required.
