business development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.)
  • Execute end-to-end sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Conduct market research to identify potential industries and target clients
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in CRM tools
  • Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients for business development team
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver customized proposals and solutions
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client engagement and conversion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation and direct sales of

    software development and QA/testing services

  • Strong understanding of software/QA industry trends and client pain points
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on performance
