Role Overview

As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions that create real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Track and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  • Represent the company professionally, building trust and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B sales or client engagement.
  • Knowledge in OEM marketing , sales + point
  • Knowledge of industry trends and solutions-based selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting techniques.
