Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) IT Consultancy & Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads for IT consultancy and staffing services across global markets (USA, UK, APAC, UAE).
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new clients, building strong business relationships.
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing and outreach strategies targeting enterprise clients and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify target industries and client profiles.
  • Utilize advanced sales and lead-generation tools such as

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Lusha, Skrapp, LeadIQ, Outreach, HubSpot Sales, Salesforce, Crunchbase

    to maximize outreach.
  • Maintain CRM records, ensure timely follow-up of leads, and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end.
  • Stake holder Management
  • Achieve defined targets for new client acquisition, revenue growth, and lead conversion.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation — ideally within IT services, staffing, or consulting.
  • Working on minimum ticket Size 250k-500k USD a month
  • Proven track record of generating global leads (USA, UK, APAC, UAE) and securing new client engagements.
  • Expertise in

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation/sales tools

    listed above.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — comfortable engaging with senior executives.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work from the office in Magarpatta, Pune.
