Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality leads for IT consultancy and staffing services across global markets (USA, UK, APAC, UAE). Identify, engage, and onboard new clients, building strong business relationships. Develop and execute B2B marketing and outreach strategies targeting enterprise clients and decision-makers. Conduct market research to identify target industries and client profiles. Utilize advanced sales and lead-generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Lusha, Skrapp, LeadIQ, Outreach, HubSpot Sales, Salesforce, Crunchbase to maximize outreach. Maintain CRM records, ensure timely follow-up of leads, and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end. Stake holder Management Achieve defined targets for new client acquisition, revenue growth, and lead conversion. Skills & Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation — ideally within IT services, staffing, or consulting. Working on minimum ticket Size 250k-500k USD a month Proven track record of generating global leads (USA, UK, APAC, UAE) and securing new client engagements. Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation/sales tools listed above. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — comfortable engaging with senior executives. Highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work from the office in Magarpatta, Pune.
