Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality leads for IT consultancy and staffing services across global markets (USA, UK, APAC, UAE). Identify, engage, and onboard new clients, building strong business relationships. Develop and execute B2B marketing and outreach strategies targeting enterprise clients and decision-makers. Conduct market research to identify target industries and client profiles. Utilize advanced sales and lead-generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Lusha, Skrapp, LeadIQ, Outreach, HubSpot Sales, Salesforce, Crunchbase to maximize outreach. Maintain CRM records, ensure timely follow-up of leads, and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end. Stake holder Management Achieve defined targets for new client acquisition, revenue growth, and lead conversion. Skills & Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation — ideally within IT services, staffing, or consulting. Working on minimum ticket Size 250k-500k USD a month Proven track record of generating global leads (USA, UK, APAC, UAE) and securing new client engagements. Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation/sales tools listed above. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — comfortable engaging with senior executives. Highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work from the office in Magarpatta, Pune. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Please apply only if you are available within 30 Days of Notice • Excellent knowledge of Rubrik , Cloud (Azure) & other backup applications. • Experience in Configure and Maintain backup operations for Virtual systems such as VMware and Hyper-V. • Evaluate and optimize Rubrik deployment for performance, scalability, and cost. • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. • Provide guidance on Rubrik integration with broader IT ecosystem (SIEM, CMDB, orchestration tools). • Lead training, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption. • Serve as the primary technical expert for Rubrik backup and recovery solutions. • Design, implement, and manage backup strategies across AWS, Azure, GCP, and VAST Storage. • Ensure data protection and recovery compliance across cloud and on-prem environments. • Configure and maintain ADFR solutions to support business continuity and disaster recovery plans. • Manage and troubleshoot O365 backup and recovery operations including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Rubrik with existing infrastructure. • Monitor backup performance and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and availability. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to support teams and junior engineers. • Document procedures, configurations, and best practices for Rubrik support operations. • Stay updated with the latest developments in Rubrik technologies and cloud backup solutions. Required Skills: • Deep expertise in Rubrik platform capabilities and limitations. • Strong understanding of enterprise backup architecture and cloud-native DR. • Experience with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, DORA). • Strategic thinking and stakeholder communication. • Ability to lead technical workshops and assessments • Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. • Support disaster recovery and cleanroom recovery initiatives using Rubrik. • Stay updated on Rubrik product enhancements and industry best practices. • Plan and schedule for change -management.
