About the job: We are hiring a full-time Business Development Executive for one of our esteemed clients in the insurance support domain Key responsibilities: 1. Generate qualified leads from the US market through online research, cold calling, and outreach. 2. Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling and email, and follow up regularly to generate business opportunities. 3. Explain insurance services/products clearly and confidently to clients. 4. Customize pitch based on the client type (fleet, solo trucker, logistic firm, etc.). 5. Handle objections and queries professionally to build trust and close opportunities. 6. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with client. 7. Maintain accurate records and update CRM software or Google Sheet or Excel. 8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. 9. Stay updated on US commercial truck insurance trends, client expectations, and competitor offerings. 10. The ideal candidate should be capable of engaging professionally with US clients, demonstrating strong negotiation and client-handling abilities. 5. Comfortable with cold calling, email communication, and working in night shifts (US Hours Only). 6. Excellent spoken and written English is essential; knowledge of Punjabi or Arabic will be an added advantage. 7. Basic computer skills – MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, Google Workspace. 8. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to international business environments. 9. Must have a two-wheeler (bike) for commuting to the office (mandatory).
