B2B Sales Executive (US Process, Night Shift) Experience: 0-2 years Salary-18- 25k+Incentives Role Overview We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive on behalf of one of our trusted clients in the US-based commercial insurance support industry. The role involves generating leads and following up with clients, explaining product/services to clients, and maintaining strong working relationships with them. This is an on-site position in Patel Nagar, and we are specifically looking for candidates who live in or near this area. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads from the US market through online research, cold calling, and outreach. Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling and email, and follow up regularly to generate business opportunities. Explain insurance services/products clearly and confidently to clients. Customize pitch based on the client type (fleet, solo trucker, logistic firm, etc.). Handle objections and queries professionally to build trust and close opportunities. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with client. Maintain accurate records and update CRM software or Google Sheet or Excel Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Stay updated on US commercial truck insurance trends, client expectations, and competitor offerings. Ensure timely follow-ups and high responsiveness to client inquiries Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B. Com, BA, or similar preferred from a regular/full-time university or institution. 0–2 years of experience in sales, BPO, business development, or client communication. Freshers with a confident personality and a good command on English are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be capable of engaging professionally with US clients, demonstrating strong negotiation and client-handling abilities. Comfortable with cold calling, email communication, and working in night shifts (US Hours Only). Excellent spoken and written English is essential; knowledge of Punjabi or Arabic will be an added advantage. Basic computer skills – MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, Google Workspace. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to international business environments. Must have a two-wheeler (bike) for commuting to the office (mandatory).
