About the Role

B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients in the target market.
Generate leads through cold calling, social outreach, networking, and industry events.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations for corporate clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–4 years of experience in
B2B sales
or corporate sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships.
Experience in managing the full sales cycle.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
